Christina Milnor founded Milnor Law PLLC after more than a decade inside the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Her most recent role at the Commission was Assistant Secretary in the Office of the Secretary. Before that, she held senior roles in the Office of the General Counsel, the Division of Enforcement's Office of the Whistleblower, and the Office of Administrative Law Judges.
Before joining the Commission, she practiced in WilmerHale's Investigations and Criminal Enforcement group and clerked for the Honorable Colleen McMahon on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
The firm is solo by design. The product is senior judgment, not staffing, not throughput. Clients are advised directly, from the first email to the last submission, by the attorney who answered their call.
